Liphapang Thaisi

Liphapang is aTraining Officer with a focus on Farmers & Communities with Growing Nations.  He is now based at Maphutseng but until September 2019 was living in Mpharane and was responsible for overseeing several farmer groups in the Mpharane, Masemouse & Ribaneng areas.  Being based in the local community gave him good access to those farmers but also allowed him to farm alongside them.  He moved to Maphutseng due to changes in the overall structure of the Growing Nations team but retains his passion for equipping farmers in the communities where Growing Nations is working.

He completed a diploma in General Agriculture at the Lesotho Agricultural College and a BSc in Agricultural Crop Science at the National University of Lesotho before joining Growing Nations as an Extension Officer in June 2016.
